Accounts & sign-in

How to create a Sawala Cloud account, sign in, and find your way around the dashboard.

TODO: translate to Indonesian. English source is authoritative; render it into Indonesian below.

A single Sawala Cloud account is your identity across the whole platform. You sign in once and reach every product, organization, and project you belong to.

Create an account

  1. Go to sawala.cloud and choose Sign up.
  2. Register with your email or a supported social login.
  3. Verify your email if prompted.

When your account is first created, Sawala Cloud sets up an organization for you automatically, so you have a workspace to start in right away. See Organizations & projects.

Return to sawala.cloud and choose Sign in. After signing in you land on the dashboard.

The dashboard

The main dashboard lives at sawala.cloud/dashboard. It's the home base for most of what you do without code:

  • Switch between your organizations and projects.
  • Manage content (Kontena), files (Berkasna), and forms (Formulir).
  • Invite teammates and manage their roles.
  • Mint and revoke API keys.
  • Review usage and billing.

Some products have their own dashboard on a dedicated subdomain — for example kodena.sawala.cloud (hosting & deployment) and ajena.sawala.cloud (AI search).

One sign-in across the platform. Your session is shared across all *.sawala.cloud subdomains, so once you're signed in at sawala.cloud/dashboard you can move to kodena.sawala.cloud or ajena.sawala.cloud without logging in again.

A few products also serve public, embeddable assets from their own domains — for example, forms are embedded from formulir.id. Those are delivery endpoints for your visitors, not places you sign in.

Teams and roles

You don't need a personal account per workspace. Invite teammates into your organization and they sign in with their own Sawala Cloud account. Roles control who can edit content, manage members, or change billing — see Organizations & projects.
